"Receptionist needs to be a bit more respectful..."

A review of Oakland Medical Centre by Annoymous written on Tuesday 2nd of October 2012

I dont know much about the center but i have noticed it walking on my way to work, certainly looks very posh and welcoming. HOWEVER upon calling the number to inquire about exactly what kind of center it was and what services were offered i thought the tone of the receptionist needed improvement in terms of welcoming prospective patients. I realise you hae only been in two weeks but the kind of welcome one gets over the phone has a hude impact in whether people would want to join.

also please put up posters, information outside so potential clients/patiens can be well informed.

on a positive note it looks very inviting and warm physically..
