"Subscription renewal"

I have tried, unsuccessfully, to renew my wife's subscription to Psychic World. Every time that I ring I get a recorded message that there is no one to take my call. I would be very grateful if someone can tell me why this is. I have tried many times and have even left a message as requested but to no avail.
