"More Efficent than Thames "

I am constantly trying to get through to Thames regarding my fines and am never able to get through no matter how much I try.

I then went to Stratford in person and although the counter was closed someone came out to me and explained the process's involved and what I needed to do to resolve the situation.

Although I was displeased with how to resolve the matter I asked to speak with the Team Leader and she also advised the correct protocols and one of her staff members rang on my behalf, although it took them 15 minutes to get through to the fines department they advised what was going on and the fine was put on hold and I was able to go into court the following week and my fine got reduced and I had time to pay.

All in all Stratford is by far the best court with their customer service it feels as though they care about peoples situations. .
