"Historical help required please?"

My grandparents lived in Wandsworth Road and were married in 1905. They were presented with an album of the occasion by the General Garfield Lodge of Good Templars. Was Springfield Church in existence at that time and, if so, is anyone familiar with the details of this Lodge. Was there a possible connection between the two?
