This homes delivers CARE! Training of staff is high and this is apparent as the staff know how to treat the residents, who may have confusion, dementia, depression or simply adjusting to a new life in a care home.

The MANAGER/MATRON: FANTASTIC! I would like to see more homes employing Managers like her. I am so impressed with her level of knowledge, care, selection of staff and what is most striking is that she offers warmth to all residents, families and friends. This care home has such a homely feel and is very clean.

COOK: Brilliant. This lady knows how to cook and delivers well balanced, nutritional meals.

CLEANERS: 1st class, all my Dads clothes are extremely clean and ironed. He always looks so well presented.

Care Assistants: Pure Angels. They attend to all the basics needs to a very high standard and in addition know the residents medical conditions, personalities and offer empathy when needed and joy when necessary.

My comments are made from experience as my parents have been in several care homes and this is the first time I have made any postive comments about a care home. I can only thank this home for restoring my faith in human kind.
