"BAD Service"

I aways have problems when I have a parcel being delivered. It always ends up back at the post office even if I put an extra address incase I am not in.

I work Saturdays so by the time I finish I can't go and collect my parcel. The is also a problem in the week on my day off. It would be great if once a week the delivery office stayed open one late night. So people can go after work.

When I phone up, no one answers the phone. This is 2012 and its about time the royle mail extened there open times like everyone else. Including their parcel department so people can collect the parcels after work.
