"Businessmobiles.com - Love their service."

I have been with businessmobiles.com for 7 years now (took out my first contract when they were 31E). I initially took 4 blackberrys with them back in the day and they were excellent in helping me set up email as I am not technically savvy. Where they really saved me was when I dropped my own blackberry in the swimming pool whilst on holiday in Portugal. I was so impressed when "Nick" sent me out a replacement straight to my hotel in time for Monday morning when I was back to fielding office emails. They switched me over to iPhone 4s recently and I must say I am loving my new toy. The network charged me a ridiculous rate on my data when I went abroad and I ended up with a whopping bill. Never use YouTube abroad! I called through to my contact at businessmobiles as I didn't understand where the charges were coming from. My contact explained about YouTube and he had one of businessmobiles.com customer services reps speak to the network; the result being a 150 credit (off the original 538 pounds). This is truly an impressive service. Recommended them to my brother in law's solicitors firm and I know they have been well taken care of too.

Great company; good positive energy! Wish some of our other suppliers were as supportive. .
