"Olympic flags of participating countries"

Hi, it has brought to my attention that there seemed to be no sign of my country's flag up alongside other's!?

The Singapore Flag seems Missing!!! Understood the flag of CHINA AND TAIWAN is there! Care to brief us Singaporeans overseas about it?!

Hope to get a clarification of it soon and hope to see my country's flag up there soon!!!
