A review of Kowloon Restaurant by Levent written on Saturday 30th of June 2012
Kowloon £9.50 all you can eat buffet. On being seated and ordering a drink,( £1.50 for a can of diet coke)we was told that you had to pay the bill for your meal before eating, when the drink and bill arrived at the table a 10% service had automatically been added, then you was issued with a medium sized plate and fork and spoon.
The food was of ok quality but, nothing special and the surroundings were a bit shabby and had no character or real atmosphere and the experience we had ruined our london day out. The staff seemed to just be there to rush you out so that the next victim could come in and have their money taken and a notice stuck to the table informed you that kowloon had the right to charge a wastage fee if any food that you brought back to the table was left.
Would not go to this restaurant again. .
