"A.12 . Disaster made good"

At about 13.30hrs on 29th May 2012 the fuel pump failed on my Rover 75 Diesel. I was able to pull up in a service road and phoned my breakdown insurance firm at 13.45 hrs who appointed Kestrel to sort out my problem. Within 20 minutes your firm in the person of Gary Jones was with me and tried to fix the problem there and then. Unfortunately he was unable to do so due in fact to 2 of the 3 pumps in the car having failed. After a short discussion with my insurers it was decided to return my car and myself to Blackpool and this was done most professionally. He is a credit to your company and a most willing worker. You can if you wish pass this on to my insurers. Thanks for the service that turned what could have been disastrous into a manageable set back to my days plans.
