"Unable to reach them also"

I bought the groupon deal and really want to get the laser treatments as I am getting married in August.

I have been unable to reach them over the phone.

they have not answered once. What a joke!

I emailed them, initially it bounceed back but later that night I received reply saying to email back if i wanted to set up an appointment. I did exactly that saying which days and times were best for me. That was 4 days ago and i have yet to receive a reply.

If I do not get a hold of someone by the end of tomorrow i will contact groupon the demand redun despite the 7 day after purchase rule. Surely if you can't reach them they must give you a refund.

REally disapointed and wondering if this is a sign of their services and quality. .
