"UK NANNY FOR 3,200 POUND/MONTH?"

I had been contacted by a supposedly "my employer to be" in London, offering me to work with his family as a NANNY for a salary of 800UK sterling Pound per week. Is this for real? After a few days Air Link Travels Department (travellinkair@live.com)sent me an email "confirming that they were contacted by my "employer to be". They said that the expenses will be shouldered by my employer and that I had to spend only about 300 UK Sterling pound and will be refunded once I get to London. I had to sent the said amount thru Western Union. I'm just wondering the offer are "too good to be true". By the way I am a Filipino citizen and a resident of the the Philippines. .
