"Where is the Justice?"

A review of Thames Magistrates' Court by HCEO written on Monday 30th of April 2012

I am a Certificated Bailiff and also a High Court Enforcement Officer and I have been calling ALL the numbers on the Website and other "Direct" numbers that I have been given and NOBODY has answered the telephones in 3 days of me calling. I have waited for upto 20 mins on the phone to try and get through.

This is outrageous! I have NEVER known a Court like this EVER. Oh, whilst typing this I am on the telephone trying to contact the court and just got cut off AGAIN!

I am sorry to say I hold no hope of getting through, there have been many posts about this problem and I guess many complaints directly to the court so why is this still happening?

I have lost the will to telephone any longer....
