"Unhappy customer!"

My first few treatments were good...I felt like I was having a real spa treatment, I was offered water, I had time to get dressed and undressed in my own time - overall felt like a nice experience. Then my usual therapist left, all of a sudden and I found I was left with an amateur beauty therapist who I am sure used to be the receptionist who is not long out of high school! My treatments thereafter were sub-standard and the inexperienced therapist I was lumbered with each time kept asking me where she should do the treatment- surely that was her job! My treatments were meant to be 45 mins but each time i went I was rushed in and out of the therapy room so the next person could use the room! Once it was reduced to 20 minutes and I was promised the extra time another day! I feel that they probably have a lot of business via groupon, wowcher etc. and have sheer numbers, therefore sacrificing the clients experience. It as horrible and I feel the management who you see walking up and down just makes one feel quite uneasy. Go there if you must with the online deals...but good service you will ot get!!! .
