"Re. no answer"

I agree, I was surprised to have paid for a groupon voucher only to have been unable to contact them by phone OR email. Pretty strange. I asked for a refund from Groupon, who then tracked down their new contact details. It would have been nice if Groupon or Ivo Venturi had let customers know.
