"Happy shopper"

Regarding S****horpe BHS concept store. I have just bought four jam chairs from S****horpe store as I couldn't purchase them from my local store in Birmingham city centre. I know the S****horpe store as I am from that area originally and am impressed by the forward thinking of the stock held and to the shop decor.

The design of the store makes the shopper feel as if they were in a larger store like John Lewis which only can be a good thing in the down trodden high street of S****horpe.

I had to ring S****horpe after finding out they had an offer on the chairs i required. I rang on the Sunday 15/04/12 and thought the assistant answered my questions without fault. She was excellent.

on the following Monday i rang again to ask the staff if they could hold the chairs for me until i could get someone to collect them. Again the assistant was very helpful and tried her hardest to accomodate any questions i had.

My mother collected the chairs the same day and she said how helpful the staff were. The same woman i talked to on the phone in the morning served her and even carried two of the four chairs to the car which i feel was above and beyond her job. This was great for my mother as having my nephew of three years old made the transaction a lot easier.

I just thought i needed to highlight the excellent service from the staff, the excellent departments, and excellent store in S****horpe.please don't change it to much as it works well as it is and is a jewel in the crown of a struggling town. The only change i could suggest is to make it bigger as there is no competion for a store like this .but hearing that marks and Spencer is making moves to enlarge their market i can only suggest it would be a great move for BHS to keep one step I front.
