Stayed Friday 13th, reception staff very welcoming (fatima) - room very pleasant, also mugs instead of cups in room which made a welcome change. Comfortable bed and breakfast was varied and very good. Only one bad comment we tood our six year old grandaughter for a swim on the friday night and again on the saturday morning. The pool was absolutely fine but the staff on the pool reception on the Friday were rude and very uninformative , the japanese girl was dismissive and was quiet surly - the male was different again on the saturday morning chatty and telling us where the changing rooms were etc - but the damage has been done and our memories of this hotel was the surly member of staff !!.
