Went in to get the rusty chain on my bike replaced. helpful staff, who know their stuff, and weren't in the least bit condescending (as some specialist shops are at risk of being). good, efficient service, reasonably priced. as a favour they even replaced a rusty brake cable, without being asked, free of charge.
