"Discusting food"

Hi after a few years of not having nasburger we decided yesterday to try it again... What an absolute disgrace we orderd food at 6:45 in the evening and arrived at 8:15 to collect our order.. We waited over 40 mins as the food was not ready then when I opened the box to eat the food it was stone cold the wings which were fried whilst waiting were hot but all tasted discussting all in all the whole food and service was appalling will never eat there food again or refer it to anyone !!!!!!!!.
