Like the other 100,000,000's of comments before me, I have to agree that they are useless at answering the phone.

I suspect the phones tone is broken or the person sitting beside it has no ears/hands.

For those of you looking for this simple piece of information which should clearly be available on the main site anyway;

At time of posting this, the times are as follows:

7am - 7pm Daily

Except for Saturdays when they close at 2pm

And Wednesdays when they open later until 8pm

That should save some frustration and phone bill
