"Air India First Class is AMAZING"

They treat you like a king in first class, ok while booking a ticket maybe the service is not best but I have flown on several first class flights between Europe / India and Air India is the best in my opinion if you are a First Class Passenger. The Food they serve in First is Amazing, the staff extremely courteous, friendly and helpful and the seats are also great. Compared to European Airlines - at least Air India is far superior, what service do you get on European Airlines anyway? Even in First and Business Class on many other airlines the staff is nasty, never smiles, treats you like they are doing a favour on you and behave extremely frustrated. The Indian hospitality experience starts with Air India and is truly amazing.

P.S. - Even their economy class is not half as bad as economy on swiss air, lufthansa etc...those are much worse service, rude and inefficient..
