"Late and no change"

I have used Palace Radio Cars a couple of times and would make three comments:

1. They are often late, not by much but normally 5-10mins

2. If you are travelling early bring change, they rarely have the correct amount and you end up rounded up to the nearest note often.

3. The cars are generally a little rickety, so don't expect a luxurious journey .
