"Charm in Birmingham"

I spent approximately three-quarters of an hour at the Clarins desk in Selfridges, Birmingham today while my daughter was receiving help from the Beautician. Over that time I spoke at length with Manjit the Clarins Sales Assistant on duty. She was totally charming and extremely enthusiastic about her job with Clarins which she has had for a number of years. She was very knowledgeable about the product range and obviously took pride in ensuring that all the displays were sparklingly clean and attractive. I am a 72 year-old man and clearly not a great sales-prospect but at no point was I given the impression that I was wasting her time. I am not in the habit of writing to Companies but I was very impressed with this young lady and I want to register that in my opinion she is a great asset to your Company. I hope that someone in authority in your Sales Department sees this and encourages Manjit in her career with the Company..
