Many thanks to Maurice Riley who took care of our De'Longhi Icona ECO310 espresso machine. More to the point, many thanks for arranging the replacement unit to be sent to our house. If ever we need your help again, we will not hesitate to come to you. Excellent service, thoroughly recommended! .
