"Disgusted"

We booked a table a this restaurant for 20 people...when we got there we ordered 3 bottles of wine..and 3 beers...they only had 1 bottle of wine and didnt have the beer we asked for ! so we chose a different wine and different beers...the service was really slow as they were dealing with delivery orders...we then ordered our starters...we got the starters and after TWO HOURS they aked us to order our main...which we had to eat it off of side plates as they had run out of dinner plates...afterbeing there for about 4 hours they gave us the bill which they added up wrong and came to nearly £350 ...when we complained about EVERYTHING..their reply was ..."we are not use to this many people...There were 15 of us THEY ARE A RESTAURANT how can you not be use to that many people ? .
