"What a difference!"

We had such a lovely meal at The Harvester at Christmas, we thought we would go there again for my husband's birthday. What a difference! We sat for about 1/2 hour before we got some waitress service, then my chicken came up burnt and had to be re-ordered. There was only one vegetarian meal on the menu or pasta which is not enough to fill a child let alone a man. my son ordered the vegetarian burger which tasted vile and he had to drown it in barbecue sauce to take the taste away. The portion sizes on all meals have dropped and compared to Christmas, it wasn't very good at all. Then my husband and son ordered the fill up drinks and they managed to get 1/2 glass each and that was it. We paid nearly £5 for them to have 'no refill' The drinks machine wasn't working. I was glad to get out and won't be going there again unless I hear things have changed.
