It would appear that some potential customers haven't made much of an effort to contact Elysee Cosmetics at 12a Sun Street Waltham Abbey EN9 1EE.

I sent away for replacement heads , but to their old address some time ago, with no success as they had moved from there! However when I rang 01992765580, a very pleasant lady dispatched my order straight away, perhaps those people having difficulty should try using the old fashioned telephone instead of the internet!.
