"Lovely shop with even lovlier volunteers"

This is just a quick note to say that I was very impressed with the level of service I have just had in this shop. I sincerely hope that the headquarters of Oxfam read these reviews and will pass the praise onto the volunteers.

I very stupidly left my bag in the changeroom while I paid for the fantastic clothes I bought. It appears that the volunteer that tidies up the changeroom handed it on to the manager, and he was very sweet when I phoned up in a panic from my office.

I was so relieved to have heard that it was safe and sound until I could pop back to retrieve it, that I bought them some chocolates to share.

Thank you very much Oxfam. In these days, it’s hard to find such lovely and honest peoples. God bless.
