I was shoppin recently in selbys,i was a little lost at first but found 2 wonderfully smilling helpfull ladies in the handbags department that offered me lots of help and advice, i found my perfect handbag and even an umberella,their names i believe were Donna and Beth,they had a wonderfull rapour and seemed genuinely wanting to help, thank you ladies, I WILL BE BACK.
