Very happy with the customer care and service. Although I had my eye test elsewhere, the advice and service was spot on. The quote from Specsavers was over £200 more for my glasses!

From now on, Packfords will be my opticians. Very friendly team, if possible ask for the man with the Motorbike not the older man..
