"Suspect Major British Bank Fraud"

A review of FSA by Albert Edward Joyce written on Friday 7th of October 2011

I am receiving a series of emails from a major British bank demanding that I pay a fee prior to them transferring money held in my bame. They insist it must be sent by Western Union which my bank in Australia says makes the demand highly questionable.

What authority can I send the email to for verification please..
