"Let down "

i went to the Eagle last sunday for a roast, was really looking forward to it as reviews online were good. arrived and were seated, very hard to order food as the staff were constantly talking and oblivious to to customers. food arrived and was small, vegetables were very undercooked and there was no gravy, after asking and waiting 20 minutes the gravy arrived, and was given to us very rudely. its a nice looking pub, but terrible rude service and the food doesn't back it up either. real shame..
