"Answer the phone"

A review of Royal Mail by Exasperated written on Wednesday 24th of August 2011

I have never known the phone to be answered at the Southbury Road Delivery/Sorting Office, must have spent a day of my life overall waiting for an answer, now there is an answer machine that says call back later, so no help there Is anything ever done about these complaints, perhaps they are never read, same as the policy of never answering the phone..
