A review of Albion Roofing by Lisa Maguire written on Tuesday 13th of March 2007
At 3pm on a Friday I called there emergency helpline number as my rear flat roof above my kitchen was leaking badly, being a single woman I was very suspicious of tradesman and cautius of being ripped off.
By 6pm it was now dark and raining heavily and two smartly presented tradesman arrived and carried out a cover over with a tarpauline sheet and a temporary repair which got me over the weekend, they didnt even ask me for any money at that stage, just promised to sort it out when the weather was better and left a card with emergency contact details should the problem get any worse.
On Monday and in the cold light of day they returned and explained the repair and what was required to do a full job, giving me the different options of a partial repair or a complete new extension flat roof.
We went with the new roof option and even after gaining another quote from another local company they were the best value for money overall and the most profesional, they even waived the emergency callout fee and repair charge which would have normally cost over a hundred pounds on its own !
Highly recomended, these guys are honest and straight forward giving me the option to get other advice at every stage of works. I would defiantely keep there number to hand in bad weather if I were you !!!.
