"Never get appointment at this surgery"

It feels like me and my daughters are just numbers at market street surgery E6. I have been trying to book an appointment to see a doctor for nearly 2 years now, each time it is either the doctor you want see is not available or they will give 3-4 week to come in i sometime have no choice but to rely on over the counter drugs..
