I have been a patient of Dr Hartley for a very long time and he is the most kind, considerate and caring doctor and person you could ever wish to meet. You are as relaxed with him as if he was and old friend which he comes over as. Nothing is too much of a bother for him and he does not rush you out of your consultation.

He deserves a medal for his knowledge and his devotion to his profession and his patients. He is just great..
