I started my locks in 2008 at the Tooting store and they were fab. Some staff are evry inviting while one or two need to remember to smile. Anyway, the service is good, music is great, refreshments are on offer and there is a lively atmosphere. I've also been to the Fulham branch which is now refurbished. Keep it up!!!
