"Bad customer service"

Got shoes from this shop, the size was not right, tried to return them 7 days later after been worn once. I was told that you cannot return shoes to this shop if they were on your feet outside. You can only return them if they have been worn on carpet, this is ridiculous. Has anybody else had this problem with this shop? .
