We recently purchased commercial real estate in New Jersey. I was referred by a former BICIL member, Attorney George Conley of Medford, New Jersey 809.654.1444. George handled the transaction without any problems. He made amendments to the original Contract for Conveyance and followed up on all environmental testing and title issues. In addition, he coordinated tenants for us and prepared Lease Agreements to our satisfaction. With he British Pound so high and the US Dollar so low, we couldn't resist! Highly recommend Mr. Conley. He also took the time to visit us here in Camden and I was happy to discover he attended a certificate program at the Kings College Law School in London..
