"Life saver!!"

I'm 19 an I have been having counselling at 331 since september 2010 and although at times I really hate going there, I have to say that it is by far my favourite place and most secure place on earth for me.

Last week for some reason I decided to take an overdose and when I go to the centre as spoke to my counsellor, she didn't think twice. Immediately he called NHS and asked for advice and straight away she took me to the hospital.

I still feel very stupid for putting her and other young worker in such position, but the truth is that I truly appreciate everything they did for me. Without them I could have been dead by now.
