A review of O'Neills by TimD written on Monday 21st of March 2011
I wanted to check out reviews of this O'Neills just to see if other people had had the same experience as my friends and I. It seems this is very common - being refused entry.
I have been in this O'Neills before and I was very upset when I had arranged to meet some friends for a quiet drink one Monday evening - planning to be long gone by the time the live music started. London's lovely transport meant that I was late but I got a call from the first guy to arrive - he was denied entry for no reason.
My other friends and I were totally shocked to hear this, but by this time Friend#1 was really ticked off and had gone home. Nice one, O'Neills. We ended up going to one of the million other chain pubs in the surrounding areas. Trust me, their beer will taste the same and I won't bother going to O'Neills again. What's the point of being conveniently located if you don't know if you'll get in?
