"HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!"

Base Pizza has the worst service, DO NOT order from them! I ordered a pizza online and received a confirmation telling me my pizza would arrive in an hour or less. TWO hours go by and I call Base Pizza (it only took me about 10 tries to get through) and they informed me that their online ordering system wasn't working so I could order now and wait another hour to get my pizza! They need to get their act together...good pizza does not make up for TERRIBLE service!!.
