I HAVE BEEN LOCAL COUNCIL III IN BUTUNDA SUB COUNTY. WE NEED ASSISTANCE IN KIRYANDOGO REFUGE CAMP(MASINDI DISTRICT) UGANDA E.G FOOD,CLOTHES AND WATER FOR OUR PEOPLE WHO WERE AFFECTED BY LANDSLIDE IN BUDUDA(MBALE DISTRICT).
