"Sloppy, dissorganised unhelpful service."

I visited the cumbria on kemerton road for the first time with a group of friends on sunday. To begin with the coffee arrived cold, the waiter was arrogant and rude. We waited 1 hour for lunch to be served and another 45 minutes for desert which i had to remind the staff about. When the sticky toffee pudding and custard finally arrived it was cold. I told a waitress who said that she would reheat it but unfortunately i never saw it again! Another friend arrived to join us and after waiting 35 minutes for her meal she reminded the waitress that she was still waiting, the waitress went away and came back to tell us that she had just had a word with the chef who said she would have to wait another 35 minutes. My overall impression of the cumbria: sloppy,dissorganised, unhelpful service which i wouldn't recommend to anyone.
