I've been coming to The Business in Dalston for 12 years, I had my first relaxer here when I was 14. My mum's been a faithful customer for 25 years. The reason we keep coming back is because stylist Ron is of the few hairdressers who actually listens carefully to his customers and delivers.

For those of us who are worried about ego-maniac stylists getting scissor-happy and you come out of the salon looking like an extra from Edward Scissorhands when all you wanted was a trim- Ron is your man.

Rather than trying to push the latest, costly, so-called miracle product at you, Ron only advises what I'd necessary for your hair, giving individualised treatment.

Don't worry about parting with £50 and then going home to cry and re-wash your disappointing tresses, (we've all been there!), Ron ensures that before you've parted with your money that you're completely satisfied with your new look.
