"Best Thai, worst delivery!"

Have been going to Spicy Basil for about 3 years now - the BEST Thai ever. The "restaurant" is more "cafe" style and everything comes out at the same time but its worth the eat. Having been to Thailand and many other thai restaurants around the world, the food here is amazing. BUT I have to say in the past 6 months - the DELIVERY is TERRIBLE - you would normally get it around 1.5hrs - 2 hrs later, and cold. This has now happened to me several times.

When you go to complain on the phone to them they take no notice each time (perhaps a language barrier), and when the driver comes (who is not Thai), he is generally rude and says "they are busy" - EVERY TIME HE COMES

Maybe they need a different delivery driver, because it has never been this bad.
