I totally agree. You have to continuously call to be awaited by an engaged tone. By the time you get through there's nothing available. Its supposed to be a doctors surgery, not a waiting list for free-bie give away designer goods. Its absolutely ridiculous. I'd love to know where my 40 per cent robbed tax money ACTUALLY goes..
