"Appointments NEVER available!"

I agree, getting a routine appointment one needs to call in the morning (8am). And when you do call, their phones are busy. If you get through even by 8:30 am the routine appointments are all gone!

They do not tell you in the first instance that you CAN book appointment 48 hours in advance...after throwing a fuss I was told that I can.

I stayed back from work for this? What a waste of time..
