"Useless & Rude Receptionists"

As I was not getting through to the two newer receptionists on the phone I left work and went to the practice as I was in so much pain - my face was very swollen and it was obvious to anyone who was not blind I was ill but not these 2, they insisted I left the practice and make an appoint for 3 days later - How can anone make an appointment for an emergency???? they have no idea what emergency means, I left and went to my doctors as an emergency to get antibiotics.

There are 2 other receptionist who have been there for years and they are wonderful - I refuse to speak to the 2 newer ones they are also downright rude.

I met a lady, when leaving the practice last week, who had had the same problem she said she found another dentist who treated her the same day and was only going in there to tell them where to stuff their practice after her treatment by these 2

The Dentists and Nurses are brilliant - if you can get past these 2 awful receptionist's to see sthem.

Am going to find another dentist I am so upset at how they treated me when I was absolute agony..
