A review of Marks & Spencer by Beryl Cain written on Saturday 1st of January 2011
I recieved a M&S Experiences gift card card via DHL Home Delivery.
1 small gift card approx 8x10cm contained in a presentation box 12.5x10.5x2cm, wrapped in small piece of tissue paper, plus an envelope containing an advice note and a leaflet advertising M&S online. inside:-
a gift box 39x20cm.
inside:-
a ridgid box36x20.5x5cm along with 2 large sheets of crumpled brown paper
inside :-
an outer box 36x34x13cm proudly stating M&S admirable committment to Remploy who produced the outer box using recycled materials.
I only wish I could attach a photo of said packaging to show this rediculus waste of packaging plus the time wasted in putting these items together..
